By submitting a video to Ultra Music Youtube Channel, you are EXPRESSLY acknowledging that you have read all the Terms and Conditions set forth below, that you have expressly agreed to all such Terms and Conditions and that you are expressly authorizing Ultra Records, Inc. ("Ultra") to utilize your video in any way it sees fit. The Terms and Conditions to which you are expressly agreeing are as follows: (i) you warrant and represent that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older; (ii) Ultra will own each and every submitted video (hereinafter, a "Video") on a perpetual, worldwide basis (and each Video shall be deemed a "work made for hire" for Ultra), in any and all media (whether now known or hereafter created); (iii) Ultra will have the right to utilize, change, edit and/or otherwise exploit each Video (or refrain therefrom) as UItra sees fit; (iv) without limiting the foregoing, you hereby agree that Ultra may create a derivative work containing the Video, or a portion thereof, and Ultra may exploit such derivative work without restriction; (v) you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive any and all rights of publicity and moral and like rights that you may have in and to the Video, or any portions thereof; (vi) you hereby warrant and represent that you are the sole creator of the Video and that none of the material embodied on your Video infringes upon the right of any third party; (vii) you acknowledge that all rights granted to Ultra herein have been granted for good and valuable consideration and that you are not entitled to any payment and/or compensation beyond that expressly provided for herein.

We need you, our fans, to help us celebrate 1 million Youtube subscribers!
Take a short video of yourself at one of your favorite places showing your love for Ultra. You can do this with something as simple as holding a sign, but the more creative the better! And then add that video as a video response to this video. Ultra will take those clips and use them in a video montage that we will release.
