Fancy

Fancy, groupe français, composé de 3 musiciens. Entre 2001 et 2004, le groupe prend un nouveau départ, avec de nouvelles chansons. A peine leur premier album enregistré, Fancy défraye la chronique les Inrocks ouvrent leur compil C.Q.F.D (Ceux Qu’ils Faut Découvrir) 2004 avec "Seventeen", Gonzales remix "What’s Your Name Again", les Anglais de Red Rhythm "King Of The World" et Pedro Winter revisite "Seventeen". Ils enchaînent les premières parties : The Rapture au Nouveau casino et à l’Elysée Montmartre, Peaches au Trabendo, 2Many DJ’s au Plateau de Gravelle, etc... et leur concert aux TransMusicales leur a valu l’Oscar du divertissement dans Libé.

Ce trio androgyne pratique indifféremment le glam, le disco et le heavy métal et porte un soin particulier à une esthétique faite de kitsch et de paillettes.
